Greetings all and hello. The intent of this blog is to present ideas, facts and opinions that will engage and cause you to evaluate, reevaluate and perhaps question things about yourself, personal beliefs and your surroundings. Through the scope and in the spirit of Gonzo Journalism, I will dissect America. Social, political, cultural and economic trends and topics will be discussed and examined with respect to the greatest nation- the United States of America.
Only through intense criticism and review of our way of life and the government can we hope to improve and ameliorate the lives of every citizen of this country. I will employ sarcasm, wit, humor, facts and insults to piss you off and make you think. If you can't handle hearing a differing opinion and fail to realize it will either serve to positively reinforce or modify your own view then hit the back button on the browser and don't waste your time. I enjoy open minds- not so open that your brain leaks out of your ear and onto the floor but a happy medium is always nice.
I'm not promising revelations or happy postings but this certainly won't be an emo rant and rave. Though, I will go off on tangents occasionally (as I'm want to do). So open your ears and eyes, shut your mouth and think outside yourself for a second and try to find some common ground, sense and personal value in what I write.
